I don’t know what it is with these raver kids but they love going around the city in their underwear. Not that I’m complaining (most of the time), just a bit freaky sometimes. “Don’t criticise what you can’t understand…”

The Love Parade rocked Berlin’s Tiergarten this past weekend after a 2 year pause. It was a bit smaller than in previous years, only about half-a-million people, but that certainly didn’t translate into a lack of techno beats, floats overflowing with people and of course, the above mentioned raver kids in their underwear.

Travis was also in town for the festivities and his awe-looked face brought me to laughter on more than a couple of occassions. His two and a half week sojourn included multiple soirees in the Tiergarten—I imagine he has it in his mind that Berlin is overcrowded with multi-hundreds-of-thousands-of-people-happenings.

Travis left yesterday morning and we had ourselves a time. Potsdam, Dresden, epic foosball battles and endless arrays of MTV. Greet the good people of Texas for me when you get back man.
